Kathleen Sinclair was a forensic psychiatrist working with police and laboratory technicians. She ran foul of a colleague who really didn’t like it that a woman was better at his job.
He set out to remove his problem permanently. Both working late one night, he poisoned her. However, a big storm had just hit and the building’s systems overloaded, killing both of them.
That was not it for Kathleen, however, as an entity held her spirit back, offering her a chance to protect others in her new state and with new powers.
